Jon Napier is a musician with a wide range of influences—drawing from blues, bluegrass, country, and rock and roll, all rooted in a deep sense of rhythm and soul.

He invited us to help shape the identity for Native Citizen Music, beginning with conversations about what mattered most to him and how he wanted his work to be expressed.

We developed a visual identity and designed a series of materials including CD packaging, posters, and promotional pieces—creating a cohesive system that reflects both the character of his music and the environments in which it’s performed.

Photography played a central role in the work. We spent time with Jon on the water at Bee Creek on Lake Travis, capturing a set of images that became the foundation for the album cover and supporting materials.

The result is a body of work that reflects Jon’s range and authenticity—grounded in tradition, but distinctly his own.
